About us

Already at a young age it was clear to me that I wanted to travel as much as possible. I decided to try my luck with a commercial education ( MEAO) which resulted in my first job in the travel-business at age 20…….. as a bookkeeper. Specific travel-related educations and a study communication at night at the HEAO allowed me to experience many different jobs in the travel business.

From my 40st birthday I decided that it was time to, beside my job, give more attention to my personal interests by enlisting for all kind of alternative educations like astrology, palmistry but also evening school in becoming a footreflex-therapist at the Haagse Academie voor Natuurgeneeswijzen (the HAN). After this I decided it was time for action of the body in the form of following the education of becoming a yoga-teacher at Saswitha in Bilthoven/Holland.

After arriving in Spain Inma and me followed a chi-kung course and some REIKI courses to get a better intuitive sense of treating clients.

So in 2020, after working in the travel business for around 35 years, in the “Corona Days”, I was able to take a brake from my work and consider my options of my future. Destiny took me to Spain which was a wonderful surprise…… because I loved it !!! A new life in the beautiful Eden Garden……. a dream come true.

Eden Garden is to be enjoyed by everybody to enhance awareness, find peace and relaxation by means of workshops, yoga and massages……… and the proximity of beauty and nature.

I am a Hatha Yoga teacher, certified by the Yoga Alliance International and an official title from the Ministry of Spain.

The style of yoga I offer is a yoga with soul and is based on classic yoga, Hatha Yoga, fused with other styles (restorative yoga, kundalini, etc.), and adapting the classes to the needs of the group.

The classes are based on a mixture of meditation, pranayamas, asanas and relaxation, which leads us to a state of complete well-being and connect the mind, body and spirit with peace and love.

I began my studies as a massage therapist in the United Kingdom, studying Swedish massage for a year. And I continued my training in the world of Reiki.

Later, in Spain, I continued training as a chiromassage and with workshops and seminars on Shiatsu, Foot Reflexology, Metamorphic Massage, Ayurveda Massage, Volcanic Stones, Access Bars, etc.

From the fusion of everything I learned with my years of experience at the Shiva center in Torrox, my own holistic massage technique has emerged. A deep, energetic and healing massage that helps the person connect with their soul.
